FILM SYNOPSIS
In Chad, there is a traditional ceremony which obliges girls who have remained single for too long to choose their husbands to ward off bad luck. But generational conflicts, women’s desires for freedom and the development of their rights in these patriarchal societies will alter the quiet course of the community.
